subj: 4 gun fire for effect. this is my best photo. the color has faded
because it has hung on my den wall for over 30 years. it was taken by lt de
vita who gave it to me with some others. note the precision of all four guns
firing simultaneously. you can even see the round in flight as it leaves the
tube for the gun in the foreground. in the background you can see the shower
point and beyond that the fdc bunker.
12 (9.5" x 6.5" color, faded) @ carroll, 1st pos late '66
subj: fire mission, max charge. this is another photo by de vita. in the
background is the valley to the west of camp carroll where de vita was
injured.
